I have a painting by Leonardo Raposo. I have tried seach engines and askart.com but, I can't find any information on this artist. Does anyone have any tips on finding artists?I have an oil painting by Leonardo Raposo. How can i find any info on him?
You could photograph the painting (and a close-up of the signature).

They are very good, and free (but they don't give valuations).
You may have to post the images on a photo-sharing website (Flickr, Photobucket etc.) and include links.
