Will latex floor paint be as durable as oil-based paint? Lower odor, dry faster? Pros/cons?

This is for concrete basement floor. I have used oil-based before, it really smells and takes a long time to dry. Some tell me to try latex, others say it is not durable enough for floor traffic. I would love to try latex, but not if it won't last. Will latex floor paint be as durable as oil-based paint? Lower odor, dry faster? Pros/cons?
You might try an epoxy paint it is the best. It is durable and faster drying than oil.

Oil is still better than latex in my opinion, but latex is coming along. Will latex floor paint be as durable as oil-based paint? Lower odor, dry faster? Pros/cons?
there's a special paint for concrete flooring that will hold up a lot longer even if it is pricier. ask someone at Home Depot
