Simple Green sold at any walmart type store. Smells good and is safe on you and your bike. What is the best product to get oil and road grime off your bike in tight places that won't hurt the paint
S-100 will do the trick or Simple Green Automotive cleaner will it also. They both work well. I have used them both on my bike many times over the years. S-100 is a little costly but it is made for bikes. The Simple Green is a fraction of the cost. The S-100 you can pick up at almost any bike shop and the Simple Green you can get at almost any hardware store. Good luck on cleaning your bike. What is the best product to get oil and road grime off your bike in tight places that won't hurt the paint
I use a product called Bike Brite. I buy it online from J%26amp;P Cycles. You just spray it on, wait a few minutes and hose it off. It works great.
Yep, the S-100. Just don't use it on a hot bike or in the sun. It's bit pricey, but well worth the money. I use it on my '99 FXDWG, and most people don't believe it's a '99 model. You'll have to give it a bit of a wipe down if you have hard water where you are at. Just a hoseing won't cut it down here in FL. She'll get clean, but you willl have water spots with no wipe job in a hard water area. Have yet to find anything that will just let me hose it off and blow it dry.
WD-40
';Gunk engine degreaser'; (available at auto parts stores).

That's what it's made for.
S-100 buy it at the dealership, spray it on in the shade and wash off with a jet of water before it dries. I use it on all my bikes, including my '07 HD Ultra, it's full of small places that are hard to get at.
Your mum.

Only joking. Try something that dissolves grease.
heating/diesel oil and a brush.
Diesel fuel works good, it's the same stuff found in truck washes. Give it time to soak.
try a high pressure spray car wash, i think it works pretty good. and cheap. then just wipe dry with a cloth.
Gunk engine degreaser will remove ALL road grime and dirt, but repeated contact with the painted surfaces will take it's toil over time,,,,,be very careful using it. S-100 (sold at motorcycle shops) can be used all over the bike and is guaranteed not to harm paint. The S100 is the best, but it definetely more expensive. I use both...Gunk on the engine cases and chrome and the S100 on the rest.
